Steve Guyer is Head of Rewards and Career Advisory for North America at Aon. He leads strategy, execution, and governance across complex reward programs, advising organizations on how to align talent, technology, and business performance.

Steve brings more than two decades of experience spanning global consulting and corporate leadership. Prior to Aon, he spent nearly 20 years at Mercer, where he served as Partner in the Career Consulting Practice, Global Leader for Job Evaluation, and Principal in Rewards Consulting. In these roles, he guided multinational organizations through large scale rewards transformations, job architecture modernization, and pay governance redesign.

Earlier, Steve held senior corporate responsibility as Director of Compensation at STERIS Corporation, grounding his advisory work in operational reality. His foundation includes roles at Watson Wyatt and Buck Consultants, with a focus on executive compensation and broad based rewards strategy.

Steve is known for frequent engagement with C suite executives and global business leaders to define complex workforce challenges and deliver scalable, commercially viable solutions. He holds a BA in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Yale University.
